Board of Directors And Directors' Profile

Rit-Beulah has a 6-member Board. The MD/CEO and three other Directors are Executive Directors. The Chairman and one other Director act in a non- executive capacity.

His Royal Majesty, King (Dr). Edmund M Daukoru, FIC, CON, Mingi XII, Amanyanabo of Nembe kingdom
Chairman

He is a geologist, petroleum expert, a prolific and engaging writer, an administrator and community leader. He was the Western Division Manager of Shell. The Government of General Ibrahim Babangida appointed him, Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in 1992. In June, 2005, he was appointed the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources. He was elevated to be the first Minister of Energy in January, 2007 where he combined the functions of the erstwhile Petroleum Ministry and the Ministry of Power. An associate of the Royal School of Mines, London; Associate Member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists; Fellow of the Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society; Fellow of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists, a distinguished recipient of the prestigious Feyide Award for Technical Excellence (one of the highest technical awards of the Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society), as well as a Doctor of Technology Degree from the Technical University of South Korea. The Nigerian Government awarded him the national honour of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) in 2006. Dr. Daukoru was the Alternate President of OPEC in January 2005, as a prelude to his becoming the President of OPEC and Secretary-General for the year 2006. He is presently the traditional ruler of the Nembe kingdom in Bayelsa state, Nigeria.

Director

An elder statesman in Nigeria. Former Vice-Chairman, National Party of Nigeria (NPN); he has served as Chairman in various government parastatlas. He is the Chairman, Adamac Group of companies.

Inaifie Efebo
MD/CEO

Iniafie is the Founder and CEO of the company since 2001. A graduate of Chemistry and a seasoned business man. He has a Mini-MBA, Oil and Gas from CWC London. He is a member of CPE London; an alumunus of the Lagos Business School (Team Leadership Course); an alumnus of the Energy Business School, Groningen Holland (Large Energy Projects Diploma Course and Natural Gas Strategy Diploma Course).

He holds a Masters in Gas Business Management and a Certificate in Gas Trading. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Resource Management of Nigeria. He also holds directorships in several other companies. He is currently leading the development of a $1.4billion gas project here in Nigeria.

Innocent Bipialaka:
Executive Director, Technical Operations.

He is a Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers for over 10 years. Bipialaka has over 17 years of professional experience in PVT sampling & lab analysis, production engineering, non-rig well intervention, candidate well identification & diagnostics, reservoir monitoring & surveillance , waterflood management, petroleum economics and evaluation, reserves estimation –booking & reporting and well completion design & execution including rigsite completion operations supervision.

Christabel Agoawike
Executive Director, Finance and Admin. Operations

Christabel holds a degree in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting and Finance. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She has over five years work experience in University lecturing, corporate finance, audit, consulting and financial advisory.

Adebola Oluseye Kosoko
Executive Director, Business Development & Sales and the Company Secretary

An experienced business executive and Legal Practitioner. He has strong diversified professional background in telecommunications, banking and finance, regulatory and general management, law teaching and practice, taxation planning and advisory. He is a specialist in structured and project financing. Oluseye was the Chief Legal officer and Company Secretary of ECONET Wireless Nigeria. He was the General Counsel/Company Secretary/Compliance Head/External Affairs Head in Citibank Nigeria (Nigeria Int’l Bank Ltd). He also worked with Pricewaterhouse as a Tax Consultant. He also currently runs Henley, Crankshaw Solicitors as the Managing Partner.
